ZUBIX is free to play. These terms explain what you can and can't do with it.

Who provides ZUBIX

ZUBIX and zubix.io are provided by Datahan A.Ş. ("we", "us"). The game is developed by Winwestor Labs on our behalf.

Playing the game

You may play ZUBIX for your own personal, non-commercial use, in your browser or as an installed app. Playing doesn't require an account or payment.

What belongs to us

The ZUBIX name and logo, the game, its code, graphics, sounds and text, and this website are owned by Datahan A.Ş. and protected by copyright and trademark law. All rights are reserved. Without our written permission you may not:

• copy, modify, translate or redistribute the game or its parts
• host the game on another website or publish it in an app store
• reverse engineer the game, except where the law allows it
• use the ZUBIX name or logo for your own products

You're welcome to share screenshots, videos and streams of your own play.

No guarantees

We provide ZUBIX "as is" and may change, pause or end it at any time. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using the game, including lost scores or settings.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
